FRIS® is a tool for describing the diversity of ways of thinking and acting, helping to understand your cognitive style, natural predispositions, preferences and the impact of your own experiences. It is intuitive and in an accessible way allows you to learn the answers to frequently asked questions such as:

Service description
HR Bank sp.z o.o. is a company specializing in recruitment for middle and senior positions in the country and abroad. As an employment agency, we disseminate good practices, making it easier for the most important entities of the labor market - Entrepreneurs and Employees - to establish cooperation and achieve the assumed goals. We try to support the management staff as well as individuals by providing the following training services in the field of defining Thinking Styles and Action Styles conducted by accredited FRIS®️ trainers.
FRIS® study |
FRIS® is not an assessment or measurement of competence, but it is used to determine your natural way of thinking. The survey is in the form of 76 diagnostic questions, developed on the basis of the results of a Polish research project conducted on a large number of respondents. The results of the study will be used only for the purpose of calculating the individual profile of the study participant |
FRIS® Study Analysis |
During a 90-minute individual session, the trainer helps the participant to interpret the results of the study, discusses the profile of Thinking Style and Acting Style that is closest to you, resulting from the answers you gave in the questionnaire, as well as your cognitive preferences and natural ways of acting. |
Support exercises |
In a session with a Certified FRIS Trainer, we use additional materials: boards, pictures, cards and pawns. Appropriately selected and selected exercises mean that working with an image and metaphor allows you to go beyond the usual patterns and look at yourself and your strengths from a different perspective. Thanks to this, it strongly engages, motivates to act and suggests new ideas. |

FAQ
- The participant receives a research report, which is divided into two sections: an individual analysis and a description of thinking and acting styles (about 20 pages) for self-interpretation.
- The second form is sending the results of the study in the form of a report to the e-mail address provided and 90-minute consultations in stationary mode or online with a certified trainer @FRIS.
