Standard terms of cooperation
We operate on a success fee basis. The remuneration is collected at the moment when the Client decides to employ an employee recruited by HR Bank. The decision to hire a worker is always a sovereign decision of the Counterparty. The candidate profiles proposed by HR Bank are only suggestions, and the final decision is always made by the Ordering Party. If the candidates provided by HR Bank do not meet the expectations, we will start the recruitment process from scratch. The basis of remuneration charged by HR Bank depends on the value of the employee's monthly gross salary and the service package selected by the client. We anticipate the possibility of negotiations for orders related to belonging to deficit occupation groups and discounts for the client in the case of a larger number of orders.
